|
| The theme of 3rd National Integration Sports tournament depicted in the EMBLEM containing five thumb impressions, each depicting four provinces of Pakistan and State of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. |
|
 |
|
Each speaker will be given 4-5 minutes. The first bell will be rung after 04 minutes, while the second after 05 minutes |
|
|
 |
|
Each institution will be represented by two speakers one each for English and Urdu. However, the institutions having separate independent Boys and Girls sections may send two teams for each debate as representative of each section. |
|
|
 |
|
Only students up to secondary and higher secondary level (from class IX to XII) from either sex are eligible to participate. However, this rule is not applicable to the Academies of the Pakistan Armed Forces. |
|
|
 |
|
The speakers should address only the chair. |
|
|
|
|
 |
|
 |
|
The speakers should refrain from passing any derogatory or indecent remarks about the chair, national leaders, political parties, religious sects, defence forces, courts of law and the Government, etc. |
|
|
 |
|
The performance of the speakers will be assessed by a panel of judges whose decision will be final. |
|
|
 |
|
All the speakers are expected to put on their College/School uniform. |
|
|
 |
|
QPC team, being the host, will not compete for the trophy or individual prizes. |
|
|
 |
|
All the speakers will be awarded participation certificates/shields. |
|
|
 |
|
The team scoring the maximum points will be awarded the Champions Trophy. |
|
|
 |
|
Individual prize will be awarded to the speakers winning First, Second & Third Position in English & Urdu separately. |
|
|
 |
|
Speaker will be judged out of 50 points. The detailed distribution of marks is given below:- |
