In the light of the Trust Deed of 1987, the 49th and 50th meetings of the BOGs were held on 22 July, 2014 and 14 May, 2015. It was unanimously decided by the chairman and the members to follow the trust deed in letter and spirit. It was also decided that all out efforts should be made to open up vistas by enlarging the horizons of quality education campuses at all selected Tehsil Head Quarters according to the vision articulated in the Trust Deed. As continuation of the policy matter, the same matter was taken up during the 31st meeting of the BOT held on 29 December, 2014. It was decided that efforts to open new branches of QDPS at Tehsil Head Quarters should start immediately. The worthy chairman Mr. Shamail Ahmad Khawaja took keen interest and persuaded through his sincere effortsthe TMA Wazirabad to divest its 24 canals piece of land to the new campus of QDPS at Wazirabad.
The chairman and the board of trustees are desirous to take this basic human need at the door steps of the common people and to advance the cause of EFA as well as resolution of the Govt. of Punjab to attain MDGs. So far the scope of work has been completed and the institution has become operational at a rented building at Wazirabad. The same feat has been emulated at Daska where infrastructure is being laid and all out efforts are being made for the initiation of campuses at Samabrial, Lalamusa and Noshera Virakan. In this regard the correspondence with secretary industries is in progress for a favourable and expeditious response to use vacant building for Sports Goods Testing Lab as Sambarial campus till shifting to its own building.
